If you have a tracking number for your order, the carrier will give you more information about the status of the shipment. When you place an order, please enter your phone number as well as the delivery address. In case of problems with the shipment, the carrier can contact you if it deems it necessary.
If you have placed an order and you think there is a delay in the shipment, we invite you to check how many days have passed since the order confirmation. Indeed, the expected delivery date is 7 to 8 business days after shipping products.
If you have placed an order and you think you have received the wrong product or you have not received the product you have ordered, write to our customer service. One of our operators will contact you to find together the best solution.
The minimum amount to finalize a purchase is 10 €, inclusive reductions.
At Gentleman, we always try to create the best possible products at the level of the formula and packaging. All our formulas are manufactured in Europe. Gentleman turns to Asian countries that for the production of certain accessories, for which eastern production is more specialized as brushes, containers and sponges, and whose quality is directly controlled by our society.
Gentleman does not perform animal tests in no case and does not work with suppliers who do not respect these regulations.

Products sold and shipped by Gentleman can be delivered to Spain and France.
We work to make Gentleman available in all other countries. Do not hesitate to send us a mail If you wish to be delivered to your country.
Normally, our parcels are shipped in 24h (business day). During periods of strong requests (end of year celebrations, Valentine's Day, Father's Day) or bad weather conditions, the delivery time can be elongated.
When shipping your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking link. This will allow you to follow in real time the time and routing of your order.
To track your order, simply put the tracking number directly on the carrier's web page.
If your order is forwarded outside Spain, you will receive the tracking number to enter on the transport company's page of the country of destination. The selected type of sending will determine which follow-up is available in real time.
No delivery is performed on non-working days and holidays.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to perform product substitutions. If you think you bought a defective product, write to our customer service. One of our operators will contact you to find together the best solution.
Back and refund
If you have passed a command on the website and want to return one or more purchased products, you can return within 14 days of delivery.
If you return the article in accordance with the above, you will obtain the repayment of the price paid for the purchase of the product

Note: Products must be returned in the same state in which they have been delivered. The products must be returned intact, unused and in perfect condition. Sealed items can not be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
Remember that the costs of return of items are your responsibility.
